Refund policy

We offer a limited 30-day return policy on select products.

Eligible Returns

Stock and Overstock windows may be returned within 30 days of pickup or delivery only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Window is unused and not installed
  • Glass and frame are in original, undamaged condition
  • Window is clean and free of debris
  • Customer provides proof of purchase

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Clearance items
  • As-Is items
  • Installed or used windows
  • Damaged or modified products

Refunds

Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Please inspect your items at pickup or delivery.

If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
